Family Support Services
Helping Families Navigate Mental Wellness Together
Family support services at Solentra Wellness are designed to help families, caregivers, and loved ones better understand and support one another during seasons of mental health challenges, stress, transition, or uncertainty. When one person is struggling, the impact is often felt throughout the family system. Parents, spouses, adult children, siblings, caregivers, and other loved ones may want to help but may not always know what to say, what to do, or how to stay supportive without becoming overwhelmed themselves.
Solentra Wellness provides family support with compassion, respect, and a focus on healthier understanding. This service may include family education, caregiver support, family counseling, support during life transitions, and guidance for improving communication within the family. The goal is not to assign blame. The goal is to help families feel more informed, more connected, and better equipped to support wellness together.

Family Counseling and Communication Support
Family counseling can help relatives work through conflict, emotional distance, misunderstanding, stress, life changes, or the impact of a loved one’s mental health needs. Many family challenges are rooted in communication patterns, unspoken expectations, fear, grief, or frustration. Family counseling creates a structured space to talk through concerns and begin building healthier ways of relating.
Improving communication does not mean every issue is solved immediately. It means helping family members listen more clearly, express needs more respectfully, and understand how their words and actions affect one another. Solentra Wellness approaches this process with care, helping families work toward stronger connection and more supportive interactions.
Support Through Life's Transitions
Life is full of changes, and some transitions can feel overwhelming for both individuals and their families. Whether someone is adjusting after a hospitalization, beginning mental or behavioral health treatment, recovering from a difficult experience, coping with grief or loss, managing a chronic mental health condition, returning to the community after incarceration, becoming more independent, or facing another significant life transition, having the right support can make a meaningful difference.
At Solentra Wellness, we help individuals and their families navigate these transitions with compassion, guidance, and practical support. We work closely with clients to identify their needs, develop personalized care plans, strengthen daily routines, and connect them with services and community resources that support long-term wellness and stability.
When appropriate and with the client’s consent, we also provide education and guidance to family members and caregivers, helping them better understand how they can support their loved one’s journey toward improved mental and behavioral health, greater independence, and a better quality of life.
Our goal is to help every individual move through life’s transitions with confidence, hope, and the support they need to move forward.

Care That Connects Clinical Support and Daily Life
You do not have to know exactly which service you need before reaching out. Many clients begin with a simple intake conversation so the team can better understand their needs, goals, concerns, and current situation. From there, Solentra Wellness can help identify which services may be the best starting point and whether additional support may be helpful over time.
If you are seeking support for yourself, the intake process is a helpful first step. If you are helping someone else connect with care, the referral process can help our team understand what kind of support may be needed. Either way, Solentra Wellness is here to help you move forward with clarity, dignity, and compassion.
