Do I need to know which service I need before reaching out?
No. Many people reach out because they know they need support but are not sure where to begin. The intake process helps Solentra Wellness better understand your concerns, goals, and current situation so the team can help identify which service or combination of services may be appropriate.
What is the difference between counseling and psychiatric services?
Counseling focuses on emotional support, coping skills, communication, trauma, stress, relationships, and personal growth through talk-based therapy. Psychiatric services focus on clinical evaluation, medication management, follow-up psychiatric care, and treatment monitoring when medication or psychiatric assessment may be helpful. Some clients may benefit from one service, while others may benefit from both.
Does Solentra Wellness offer medication management?
Yes. Solentra Wellness provides psychiatric services that may include medication management. Medication management may involve reviewing symptoms, discussing medication history, monitoring effectiveness, identifying possible side effects, and making appropriate adjustments as part of an ongoing treatment plan.
Are telehealth appointments available?
Yes. Solentra Wellness offers telehealth services for eligible clients. Telehealth may include virtual therapy, virtual psychiatric appointments, and secure online follow-up visits. This can be a helpful option for clients who need flexible access to care because of transportation barriers, work schedules, caregiving responsibilities, mobility concerns, or preference for virtual support.
Can Family Members or Caregivers Be Involved in Care?
Yes. With the client’s consent and when appropriate, family members and caregivers can play an important role in the care process. Solentra Wellness recognizes that a strong support system can contribute to improved communication, better understanding, and positive long-term outcomes.
We offer family support, family counseling, caregiver education, and guidance to help loved ones better understand mental and behavioral health conditions, strengthen relationships, and actively participate in the recovery and wellness journey. Our goal is to foster collaboration while respecting each client’s privacy, preferences, and individual treatment plan.
Who does Solentra Wellness serve?
Solentra Wellness serves individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds and life stages, including adults, young adults, families, seniors, veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals and families, and members of the Hispanic community as culturally responsive services continue to grow. The organization is committed to providing care rooted in respect, dignity, and cultural awareness.
What Conditions or Concerns Can Solentra Wellness Support?

Every treatment plan is personalized to help clients achieve greater emotional wellness, stability, independence, and an improved quality of life.
Can someone else make a referral for me?
Yes. Referrals may come from family members, caregivers, case managers, healthcare providers, hospitals, community organizations, support agencies, or other professional partners. A referral can be helpful when someone may benefit from support but needs assistance getting connected to care.
What Happens After I Submit an Intake or Referral Form?
Once we receive your intake or referral form, a member of the Solentra Wellness team will carefully review the information provided and contact you to discuss the next steps. We may ask a few additional questions to better understand your needs and determine the services that are most appropriate for you.
Our team will guide you through the intake process, answer any questions you may have, and assist with scheduling your first appointment whenever appropriate. We are committed to making the process as simple, welcoming, and stress-free as possible, ensuring you feel informed and supported from your very first interaction with us.

Care That Connects Clinical Support and Daily Life
You do not have to know exactly which service you need before reaching out. Many clients begin with a simple intake conversation so the team can better understand their needs, goals, concerns, and current situation. From there, Solentra Wellness can help identify which services may be the best starting point and whether additional support may be helpful over time.
If you are seeking support for yourself, the intake process is a helpful first step. If you are helping someone else connect with care, the referral process can help our team understand what kind of support may be needed. Either way, Solentra Wellness is here to help you move forward with clarity, dignity, and compassion.
